Privacy Policy
In plain words: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to reply and to work with you, we keep it in the United States, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Vyrelis is a Florida-based studio for 3D printing, AI and automation, custom software and websites. We work with clients in the United States. This policy covers vyrelis.com. If you have a question about it, email [email protected].
What we collect
What you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, the services you are interested in, and your message.
What any website receives. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, our servers and our network provider see technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this only to run and secure the site, not to build a profile of you.
What we don’t collect. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t buy information about you from anyone. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block automated attacks.
How we use it
- To reply to you, understand your project and send a quote.
- To deliver the work we agree on, and to invoice and keep business records.
- To keep the site and our systems secure.
- To meet legal obligations.
If you give us your phone number, we’ll only call or text you about your inquiry or our work together. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We only share it with the providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Hosting: our website and email run on servers we manage in Ashburn, Virginia, USA.
- Network and security: Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a business sale or merger, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
Where it’s kept, and for how long
Your information is stored in the United States. We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our records, and delete them after two years if we don’t end up working together. Client records are kept for as long as our agreement and the law require.
How we protect it
Everything you send is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and we keep our software up to date. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your information, we’ll notify you as required by law, including within 30 days under Florida law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm it’s you first. We won’t treat you differently for making a request. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests too.
Work we do for clients
When we build or host systems for our clients, such as a customer management system, we handle their customers’ information only on their behalf and under our agreement with them. Their own privacy policy explains how they use it.
Children
Our site and services are for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll let current clients know directly.
